No Escape

There was no escape. Do you remember how you felt? I felt ashamed and guilt ridden as I failed over and over to conquer my sin. We were bound and burdened by sin and a law we couldn’t keep, no matter how hard we tried. Jesus had to come and make a way for us. He is the truth and the life and the only way to a restored relationship with our Father. He knew what his sacrifice would cost him, but he loved each and every one of us so much, he willingly endured the humiliation and pain of the cross. I don’t have enough praises, from now through eternity, to thank him.
