I got the dizzies. My last bout of vertigo lasted several days. So I didn’t feel like eating and couldn’t drive or do my daily exercises. It wasn’t fun. You might think I wouldn’t mind not doing my exercises. They’re sure not the favorite item on my to-do list. I do them only because I feel at my age it’s absolutely necessary. So, when I felt better, I happily got back into my exercise routine, no grumpy, negative thoughts at all. Sometimes you have to lose something to appreciate what you had.

So glad you are feeling better. Thankful for each day! Yes, and for the ability God gives us to go through that day. Thank you Sheila!
